Sonima: He never really had me, while I was with the X-Men, when I first meet Rogue, he sent me a message to meet him at the house I grew up in. I didn't know it was him, but he had put my mothers wedding ring in the envelope. My mother had died a year ago and was buried with the ring, so you could say it sparked my interest.
(Sonima pauses for a moment to let him catch up)
Sonima: I meet him there and thats when I found out he was my father and that my mother was really alive. He had faked her death to help me realize I had powers. My mother helped him start the group known as the Marauders. I just ran away from there and never looked back. I came back to the X-Men but only for a moment. He showed up there and tried to take me back. So rather than endanger my friends, I ran away again.
