Liz: OK. You asked for it.
(Her eyes popped open and the sage lock into Gambit's eyes. There is no life or emotion left in them to speak of.)

(Liz looked away from Gambit. She knew that he would react that way.)
Liz: Like I said, I lost the vill to live. My senses have dulled. The same thing has happened to Sonima. Her eyes are a dull blue now. But her reason is that her dark side has taken over.
(Liz freezes and goes ridged.)
Liz: Someone is coming.

(There is a soft BAMF from down the hall. A moment later, Kurt comes into the room and sees his sister and Gambit on the floor watching Liz. He sees the blood from Liz's wounds.)
Kurt: Vas happened to her? Ist she ok? Sister, tell me!

(Kurt looks in horror at the young girl in front of him. He pads over to her and pulls her toward him, taking the guase from Gambit to put the pressure on the wounds himself. He looks down and locks the yellow to the sage.)
Kurt: Liebe. Do not give up. You have helped so many people here. You vere meant to do great things. Ve need you here. I need you here.

(Liz continued to look in the luminescent yellow eyes. Slowly the color returned. The sage was now almost back to their orginal emerald. She could no long deny what had been really keeping her going. She lifts her head up, pulls Kurt's face close to her's, and kisses him. Kurt shifts Liz in his lap and kisses her back. After what seem like an eternity, they broke apart. Liz leaned back. Her eyes are bright once again.)
Liz: Danke. Maybe my life ist still vorth something.
Kurt: It certainly is. Ve need you here. And now, I need you here more than ever.
