Liz: I gave him a little Apfelmus because es ist light and he ate es. He has a long way to go though. Ve cannot leave him alone for long periods of time.

(ECKS turns the monitor for his computer to allow Rogue to see it. Then he points to a small red dot just outside the mansion's grounds.)
ECKS: "The signal feeds into this computer and the little red dot there is her. You have to believe that I did this for her own good. It's not that I don't trust her, I just needed a way to keep track of her in case we can't stop them from taking her."
