(The earpiece in Snipez's elongated ear goes off. Smith's voice is grim and full of desdain.)
Smith: Get up, you worthless mutie. Don't make me set off the charge in your head. GET UP AND GET YOUR TARGETS! YOU HAVE NO TIME LEFT! GET THEM NOW, OR DIE!
(A soothing wave has washed over Snipez's mind, easing his pain. But the serum is still active, and he opens his eyes and lets out a growl of hatred.)

(Liz backs off from the mutant after hearing the intercom and the growl. She backs into the wall and pushes herself up into a standing position. She places a hand on the hilt of one of her swords and waits.)
Liz: I do not vish to do you anymore harm.

(Snipez slowly gets to his feet. The soothing sensation in his head is now gone. It's replaced by the usual nothingness. He flexes his claw tipped paws once more, and growls. He can't escape his enemy because she's a teleporter. He can't get to his targets as long as she's around. The only answer to his dilemma is her death. He crouches and starts toward her slowly on all fours. He bears his teeth, stained with his own blood. He narrows his eyes, and looks into hers.)
Snipez: I need Magneto, or I die. No substitutions will be acceptable. So, get out of my way, or I will fight you till one of us is dead.
(Snipez lunges at her once more.)

(Liz looks sadly into the eyes of the tormented soul before her. Once more she teleports to stand about twenty feet behind him.)
Liz: I am a telepath. I heard every zought that just past zrough your tormented mind. I can deactivate ze charge zat zat monster zat bears ze name Smith put into your mind. I can help you.
(She just stands there waiting for him to turn around.)

(The serum has now worn off completely. Snipez stands in the Generation X mansion completely himself. All of the memories, the pain, and the actions come flooding back to him. He remembers the unaccounted soldier who had gotten the drop on him at Magneto's mansion. He remembers Smith's charge being implanted into his head. He remembers the map to the location of Apocalypse. He remembers everything. He takes the com out of his ear. He turns and looks at his enemy.)
Snipez: I have a plan. I don't care if you don't trust me or not, but I still need Magneto. It's the only way. Read my mind if you have to, but in order for me and you and your pals to survive the onslaught, you're gonna have to trust me.

(Liz looks at him with suspicion in her pupiless eyes. She can tell that he has changed but she can't pin it.)
Liz: Vhy should I trust you? You have tried to kill me more zat vonce vithin about a tventy minute time span.

(Varalf walks up from behind the intruder, his spear leveled at said intruder's back)
Varalf: Perhaps the knowledge that he will NOT leave this place unharmed will keep him honest, Da, tovarisch?

(Liz raises a single eyebrow at the russian standing behind the unknown mutant. She just shakes her head, rolls her eyes, and smiles, still waiting for the intruder to respond.)

(Snipez turns his head to glance at the mutant behind him. The com goes off and he listens. He turns sideways to see both of them.)
Snipez: GET DOWN!
(Bullets start pouring into the entrance from one of the helicoptor's chainguns.)

(Varalf laughs a booming, terror inspiring laugh)
Varalf: FOR THE FREEDOM OF LIFE!!!!!
(He then throws his spear, jamming the minigun......as the minigun fuses together from the heat of it's sudden jamming, Varalf draws his Axe.......then draws Svartbrand and holds it forward......he begins to run towards the window, jumps and thrusts forward and downward with Svartbrand, killing the pilot of the helicopter.......as the 'Copter begins to spin out of control Varalf just laughs and begins to hack with his axe)

(Liz turns to the young man laying next to her. She laughs inspite of everything.)

(Varalf'slaugh can be heard as he falls downward...in fact, it is heard allthe way to the BOOOOOOOM signifying that one helicopter has been completely destroyed)

(Liz screams as her hears the crash but breaths a sigh of relieve as she continues to hear it. She just shakes her dark head.)

(Snipez looks at her. His earpiece goes off again and Smith's voice fills his ear.)
Smith: Get out of there you worthless mutie or I swear I'll detonate the charge! Get to the chopper!
(Snipez gazes at the mutant and snorts. He jumps to his feet and jumps over to the entrance. He turns back and looks at his enemy. His eyes are full of compassion and worry.)
Snipez: They're coming. At least two hundred armed. Be careful.
(He then races out of the entrance, scales the main gate, and heads to the landed helicoptor a mile away. As he reaches it, a soldier pulls out a gun, and shoots him with it. As Snipez loses consciousness once again, two soldiers pick him up and load him into the helicoptor.)
Smith: Send the soldiers. Let them complete what this one cannot.
(Helicoptors and army jeeps appear behind the chopper as it takes off. They continue on toward the mansion and toward the battle.)
