Shadowcat: From what I've picked up during the fight, Jennifer was 8-Ball's girlfriend. When she was 16, she was shot by a human. 8-Ball thought she was dead and she was buried. But for some reason, I don't know how, she's alive. And now she's a mutant, calling herself Inferno. She wants revenge against 8-Ball because she believes that he left her to die. Then Sonima showed up and recruited her to the Sandstormers. They showed up during our investigation. Jennifer attacked 8-Ball mercilessly, and Sonima came close to killing Rogue.
(Kitty takes a deep breath and lowers her head in her hands. She picks her head back up slowly and looks at Mindcontrol.)
Shadowcat: I think that the road ahead is going to be very rough one.
