(Nox walks into the kitchen and opens the fridge. He looks around and sees that it very full, and there seems to be an over abundance of apples. He grabs one while still looking and takes a bite.)
Nox: You know what they say an apple a day. . .

(Sonima watched him go into the fridge and get an apple. She can't help but finish the old saying for him, quickly realizing that she gave up her chance of spying on him.)

(Nox jumps at the sound of Sonima voice and accidentally shots a wave of quills into the ceiling. After calming himself he finally speaks)
Nox: I didn't hear you come in Sonima. You scared the crap out of me.

(At the sight of him jumping and shoting his quills Sonima can help but burt out laughing. She has to bend over and grab her sides from the laughter.)
Sonima: (gasp) That was the . . . . (laughs and gasps) funniest thing . .. . . (laughs, gasps, laughs a little more) I have ever seen . . . . (laughs, snorts and laughs even harder) in my life. (Laughs until tears roll down her face)

Nox: I am glad to see you laughing, even though its at my expense. Your much cuter when you smile anyway, snort and all.
(Nox looks at Sonima waiting to see how she reacts to his compliment.)

(Sonima stops laughing and looks at him.)
Sonima: Sorry you just should have seen your face. You looked like someone was plucking you and then the feathers just made it ten times better.
(Sonima looks up at the dozen or so quills hanging from the ceiling. She can't help it, she starts her laughing spell all over again.)

(Nox walks over to where Sonima is doubled over laughing and looks her in the eyes)
Nox: Like I was getting plucked, oh thats original. HA HA, here I was telling you there your attractive and all I get is bird jokes. Thanks.
(Nox is only playing beening hurt but figures Sonima for being the compassionate kind and hopes his dupe works.)

Sonima: I am sorry, please forgive me. I didn't mean to hurt your feelings.
(Sonima looks at him, their eyes meet for a moment and Sonima feels a spark go through her.)
Sonima:(Thinking to herself) Oh lord, don't even go there. You already have enough problems the last thing you need is a broken heart from falling fro a guy that barely knows your name.

(Nox is looking in her eyes and has this irresistable urge to kiss her, buthe doesn't he just stares at her for a moment and fianlly breaks the silence)
Nox:Its ok, I will forgive you . . . this time, but next time your in trouble (He laughs a little) So you just gonna sit there or would you care to join me for an apple.

Sonima: Oh my and we just meet and your already treating a girl to food, such a charmer.
(Sonima walks over towards Nox. Just as she is about to get close she slips on a puddle of something on the floor.)

(Nox sees Sonima slip and quickly grabs her. He holds on the her for a moment as they lock eyes again. This time he doesn't stop the urge and leans down and kisses her.)

(Sonima is shocked when she sees him lean close to her, suddenly he is kissing her. She just sits there for a second but then returns the kiss, figuring it isn't everyday a hunky mutant kisses her.)

(After the kiss ends Nox sets Sonima down on the ground. He takes a step back in case she tries to swing at him for kissing her.)
Nox: Sorry about that I just couldn't help myself, I understand if you want to hit me for it. You just looked so . . so . . so kissable in my arms.

(Sonima stands there is shock for a minute)
Sonima:(Think to herself) Great job you got the guy thinking your gonna kick his butt, your a genius
(Without thinking she walks over to him and kisses him again this time she puts some effort into it. After she leaves in a little breathless she speaks)
Sonima:If your gonna do it you might as well do it right
(She turns around before he can respond and heads back her room.)
