(Still sitting in the dark in his room, ECKS' thoughts are suddenly interrupted by the sound of breaking glass and screaming. To a normal person this would have been just barely audible but ECKS extraordinary sense of hearing picks it up as though it's happening in the room with him.)
ECKS: "Rogue!!"
(In a flash he jumps up and is out the door. In seconds he's down the stairs and headed for the entrance of the mansion, following the sound.)
