The four appear on the top of a tall building behind the crowd facing the politian.
Hex taps in Spektors power: "[ Remember once on the feild everything is said telepathicly, we dont want to give anything away...Pestilence, shake things up a bit.]"

Pestilence balls her hands into and fist and instantly the earth began to tremble.
People were screaming. glass was breaking. car alarms went off. Pestilence turn to look at Spektor but he was already gone and on the move toward the target.

Spektor had phased through the building and under the ground and made his way toward their target. He then phased up right next to the political figure, who was on the ground trying to protect himself from the earthquake.
The then invisible Spektor gabbed the needle into the target's stomach and injected half pf the virus.
[Hey I have an idea]
Spektor stands up and the needle is now floating in front of his face. He uses his telekinesis to shatter its glass while keeping the substains floating. Then with a smirk and a smile he winks and the virus shoots out from in front of him and into the panicing crowd.
He then Teleports himself back to the roof top.

The bullet she had was floating in front of her face. She put her hand up to her lips and blew the bullet a kiss. It shot off, right through someone's sholder, someone else's hand, and into the target's chest.
