(Radar walks into the room serving as his base of operations. Standing inside, are Smith, Thomas, and a squad of fifteen soliders. Radar spits out his chewing gum. As he passes Smith and Thomas, he nods at them. He comes to a stop in front of the soldiers who are lined up in a row before him.)
Radar: I'm sure Mr. Smith has already informed all of you that we're going to Egypt. I'm even surer that you know why. So, I won't linger on that. I'm here to tell you who I am. I will be your commanding officer on this little picnic, and picnic is what it should be. We shouldn't have any trouble and if we do, then you are all specialized soldiers and you shouldn't have any trouble fighting your way out of a sticky situation. My name is Radar, and you will refer to me as such. Failure to comply will result in immediate termination.
Now, this will be very much like a drug deal. I would hope none of you have ever done anything like that, but if you have, then you know what to expect. My chosen men will come with me to the rendezvous point, while the rest of you will escort our friend Theta towards the rear and polish off the dealers, recover our money, and hopefully make it back to us, before I can say "Cat in the Hat." Then we hop back in a plane and get back to the States. You've all recieved plans of the town and know your positions. Now, before we leave, and I set to drinking myself stupid on the flight, do any of you women have any questions?
Harris: Yes sir. Um...the original briefing called for a different commanding soldier, the one we got our temporary mutations from. Why isn't he here to see his squad in action?
(Radar turns to look at Smith and Thomas. Both of them have a scowl on their face, both of them are a bit agitated by the turncoat mutant. Matthews turns back to the soldier called Harris.)
Radar: Well to answer your question, number one, they're not mutations, they're curses and you should be lucky that you're only sampling it. And number two...
(Radar shoots out his hand towards Harris and the top of Harris's skull caves in. As Harris's body collapses onto the floor, Radar continues.)
Radar: Wolf was weak. He couldn't handle the responsibility of his curse, and I was forced to kill him. Now, if anybody else wants to ask stupid questions, speak now or forever hold your peace.
(No one spoke, so Radar dismissed them. As they walked out of the room, one of the Theta's walked in.)
Radar: You do know, we're taking a plane.
(The Theta nods and grunts.)
Radar: Oh ok, because you're riding cargo.
