(After two quick succesive teleports, Chaze and Liz land in a park just outside the city. Liz lets go of Chaze and collapes to her knees with a soft "bump". She shifts her weight to sit on her but and she looks up at Chaze, a soft smile on her face.)
Liz: Told you I could do es.

(Chaze sees dots in front of his eyes, but they quickly fade. He looks down at Liz and kneels in front of her.)
Wolf: You did great.
(Chaze smiles at her and places his hands on her soft face. He leans in to kiss her and then stops. The black dots reappear and he realizes he's been unaware of the still bleeding gashes on his back. He realizes even more that he's as weak as Liz. He shakes his head again, but that only makes the dots darker and more numerous.)
Wolf: Come on, let's get something to eat and somewhere to plot our next plan.

(Liz nods, but instead of getting up, she places one hand on Chaze's temple and the other on his back. She takes a deep breath, closes her eyes, and uses both telekinese and telepathy to easy the pain in his head and to stop the bleeding on his back. After a minute or two, her eyes reopen and she smiles at him.)
Liz: Zere. Zat should help.

Wolf: Yeah, it does. Thanks.
(He groggily gets up and pulls her to her feet. As they stand up, Chaze leads her to an intersection. They cross it and see a hotel about a block away.)
Wolf: What do you say?

(Liz tilts her head to one side and then to the other before she nods her head.)
Liz: Ve might as vell. Zere should be computers zere und I can hack it to a data base pretty easily. Not to mention food und a bed to rest before ve really start zis journey.

(Liz punches Chaze softly on the arm as they walk towards the hotel. As they are about to go inside, Liz looks around and notices that there are a couple of stores that they could get some supplies for this new trip. She taps Chaze on the shoulder and points to the stores.)
Liz: I'm going to go get us some more clothes, a couple of bags, and anything else we might need.

Wolf: Gotcha. I'll get the room. I'll make sure they leave a key at the desk for you too. I guess you can once again be Carina and I'll be Victor.
(Chaze pulls Liz close to him and gives her a long kiss. As he lets go of her, he enters into the hotel and grabs a room at the top of the hotel. He leaves instructions for the clerk to leave an extra keycard for Carina. What he doesn't know is that Kutal is in Philadephia, searching for the book of Apocalypse. The Weapon X agent is also at the hotel right across the street. As Wolf enters into his room, the clerk makes a call to Kutal.)

(Meanwhile, Liz had gone to the small shops that where on either side of the hotel. She gets some extra clothes, some luggage bags, and, after stopping by the health store, a first aid kit. God only knew how many more fights the two of them would get into. She stops and sits at one of the benchs outside the hotel and puts their clothes into their respective bags. She then walked into the hotel and approached the counter. She smiled at the woman and the woman hung up the phone.)
Assistant: Can I help you 'mam?
Liz: Ja. Mein boyfreund left a key for me. Mein name ist Carina van Dahl. His ist Victor Creed.
Assistant: Oh yes. Here you go.
(The woman hands Liz her key.)
Liz: Danke.
(She turns and heads to the elevator and makes her way up to room. When she gets there, she just teleports into the room. She takes the bags and places them on the bed. She turns to Chaze and smiles)
Liz: Vell. Zat vent vell.

(Chaze enters into the room and looks around. A king sized bed, a bathroom bigger than his room back in Fairbanks, a spacious living room and a 42'' flat screen television.)
Wolf: Oh wow. I could really get used to this.
(Wolf goes into the bathroom and starts the trek of dressing the wounds on his back. As he finishes up, he draws a hot shower for himself. He steps in and starts washing his long hair when he hears a knock on the door.)
Wolf: Ahhh, damn it.
(Chaze steps out of the shower and wraps a towel around his waist. As he looks out of the door's peephole, he sees pitch black. Instinctively he ducks as round after round fly through the door and narrowly miss his head. The door bursts open and slams into Wolf's face. Wolf stumbles back and lands in a chair as he watches a giant muscualar brute waltz into the room. The brute looks around and sees Chaze.)
Wolf: Oh you've gotta be kidding me.
(The brute raises his gun, but Chaze is quickly on his feet and he dropkicks the brute. The assassin goes down and lands hard on his back. Chaze leaps for the gun, but the man catches Chaze midair and uses his momentum to throw him into the wall. Chaze comes down with a big chunk of sheetrock and glass. The brute runs over and kicks Chaze's side. Wolf gasps for air as the brute picks him up again and throws him into a glass table. It shatters and Chaze falls sideways onto the shards, cutting his left shoulder and side. The brute makes his way over and picks up Chaze with one arm. He uses his other to deliver devastating blows to Wolf's stomach and face. Chaze is delirious by the time the assassin stops. The brute spins and throws Chaze into the living room. Chaze lands on his back and lets out a groan. His nose is halfway broken and a gash is left on his eyebrow.)
Wolf: Oh god, why hate on the dead guy.
(The brute picks up Chaze by the throat and starts choking the life out of him. As the oxygen is leaving him, Chaze changes into his Wolf form. Before the brute's eyes, Chaze becomes a monster and slams his two paws into the brute's chest. The assassin flies backwards and lands in the entrance. Chaze falls to his knees and wishes he could shoot claws now. Seeing as he can't, Chaze gathers the last of his strength, and charges the charging brute. The two giants slam into each other and Wolf exchanges blows with the brute. As they wear each other out, Wolf grabs the brute and snarls.)
Wolf: Go to hell.
(Wolf heaves the brute into the air and slams his body over his knee, breaking the brute's back. Chaze falls over and heaves a sigh of relief. He's still lying on the floor when Liz teleports into the room.)
Liz: Vell, zat vent vell.
Wolf: You have no idea.

(Liz looks around the destroyed rooms, the new cuts, scrapes, and bruises now covering Chaze, and the dead guy one the floor. Her eyes go back to Chaze and she stares open mouthed at him.)
Liz: Was in der Welt geschah hier? Ich verlasse Sie seit zehn Minuten, und Sie kommen in einen anderen Kampf!
(She takes a breath then spots the look on Chaze's face. She then translates what she just yelled in German.)
Liz: What in ze vorld happened here? I leave you for ten minutes and you get into anozer fight.
(She walks over to him, bends down and strokes his soft muzzle, carefully avoiding the new slash.)
Liz: How did das happen?

(Chaze smiles at her and lays back as she strokes his muzzle.)
Wolf: He started it.
(Chaze transforms back into his human form and wipes the blood away from his eyebrow. He sighs deeply and explains to Liz how he was just showering and then the assassin attacked.)
Wolf: Check him for identification.

(Liz leans down and kisses Chaze gently on the forehead. She the got up and padded over to the assassin and kneeled down beside him. She checked his pocket and eventually found his wallet.) Liz: Oh Gott. Zis ist not Gute. (She gets up and walks back over to Chaze. She sits down next to him and shows him the card.) Alex Ryder

(Chaze snarls at the the sight of Radar's name and sighs. He props himself up with his elbows.)
Wolf: All right. What we have to do now is....
(Chaze smiles at Liz and then passes out).

(Liz stares at Chaze for a moment than bursts out laughing. After she calms down, she gets up and walks over to the bedroom where she gets the first aid kit. She goes back over to Chaze and fixes what she can with the kit. For everything else, she uses her telekinese to put back into place. She then picks him up with telekinese and carries him back over to the bed.
Going back out the living room, she pick Ryder up and throws him out and down the hall. Turning back to the room at large, Liz uses her telekinese to put everything that she could back together. She then pads into the bedroom and curls up next to Chaze. Soon she is fast asleep.)
