(ECKS gets in the pilot's seat of the jet and starts making the preparations to take off while everyone starts taking their seats. Ana takes the seat right behind him, not being a pilot herself she decides it best to not take the co-pilot chair. She straps in and just watches.)

(Kitty takes her seat and straps herself in. When she finished, Lockheed flies off her shoulder and rests on Kitty's lap. Kitty strokes his head as they prepare for take-off.)

(Rogue just sits in her seat and stares out the window. She wipes a stray tear from her face as she looks around the jet.)
Rogue:(to herself) Ah hafta do this for them, ah could neva live with mahself if something happened ta them because ah was ta weak ta stop her.

(Within the next few minutes ECKS has everything in order and the jet lifts up out from under the mansion's grounds. With the course plotted ECKS makes one last check of everyone to make sure they're strapped in.)
ECKS: "Everybody hang on tight."
(Then he pulls back on the throttle and the forward engines fire up, taking the jet to it's next destination, the Sandstormer's base of operations.)

(Rogue stand and walks to the front of the jet and takes a seat in the co-pilots car.)
Rogue:(quietly to just ECKS) What are we gonna do if these kids ahve turned Sonima against us. Her powers can't be taken lightly.

(Raising an eyebrow ECKS almost decides to act like he didn't hear the question rather than answer it. But thinking that Rogue wouldn't go for that he sighs heavily and answers.)
ECKS: "Our only chance is to hope that some small part of the Sonima we knew is still there. But if there's not then we'll do what we have to. I don't think I can handle her alone, I need you to be with me on this one. The question is, can you handle fightin' your friend to do what's right?"
(ECKS checks the navigation system then turns back to the window and shifts course just slightly.)

(Rogue sits silent for a moment)
Rogue: Ah know what has ta be done but mah powers only work on Nima if she doesn't block them. Ah just hope for all our sakes that a little part of her is the Nima ah know.

(As they approach their desination Rogue sees Sonima hovering in front of them.)
Rogue:Is that Nima? What is the hell is she doin?

Spektor is flying underneath the X-Jet.
He Teleports to the inside.
"Hola mi amigos!"
He places his hands onto the the jet's floor. The jet's floor becomes intangable and the everything begins to phase through it.
Using his telepath: [Nightcat, lets play catch]

(Rogue watches in horror as Sonima attacks the jet. The blast hits the jet and sends it crashing towards the ground.)
Rogue: Oh, god this can't be good.
(She jumps up and flies out the hatch. She tries her best to slow the jet down before it impacts the ground. It hits hard and lands on top of her.)

(Liz catches 8-ball, ECKS, Starr, and Gambit in a cacoon of telekinetic energy that came from nowhere. She holds onto them carefully, her eyes glowing with rage. Holding on tight she teleports down to the factory with her load.)

(Sonima comes hovering over and carelessly flings the reminants of the jet off of the unconscios Rogue.)
Sonima: I guess your not invulenable huh.
(She picks her up and heads back towards the factory)
