(Christina was desperately gasping for breath when Apocalypse released her. She coughed a few times before she heard Jack's command. She quickly looked to her side and saw the blade. Without hesitation, she grabbed the blade and with all the strength she had left, she thrust the blade into Nur's chest.)
Christina: What goes around, comes around. Karma is a b!%@#, huh?
(Nur staggered back with the blade still in his chest. How could this have happened? He needed to continue to survive. He needed his servants. Their blood along with the blade can cure him. But since he has lost his power, did he lose his control?)

(The blade had barely missed Liz's arm when she felt the sudden call of her master. She picked the dagger up and sliced her arm, only to teleport the blade by itself to his side.
Nur was too powerful a mutant to be taken down by just one shot. It would take well over four rounds to reduce him to human. However, the cure had effected his to the point where he was no long immortal. The blade was what was weakening his hold on his servants. As the former god thought himself dead, the blade sent by Liz landed his in hand, dripping in her blood. He smirked, reached down, pulled his blade from his chest and smeared Liz's blood on the sword, only to plunge it into his hand. The others could only watch in fear and amazement as Nur slowly started to heal and return.
Back with Liz however, Nur had sent her a message telling her to hurry up and kill Wolf. Keeping her word to both men, she sprung down from her hiding place and face her love.)

(Chaze snarled as he realized he had missed. Taking several deep breaths to compose himself and push his exasperation farther and farther away, he waited for Liz's return. As she emerged from the shadows, Chaze backflipped and shot several claws at her. Yet in his haste, he launched himself too far and caught the edge of the flaming pit.)
Wolf: Oh, you gotta be kidding me?
(Chaze groaned and lifted himself up from the pit. He looked around for Liz, but the heat from the pit blurred his vision. Shooting out more claws to replace the ones he had used, he narrowed his eyes to see his girlfriend.)

(Liz emerged fully from the shadows, holding all of his claws with telekinesis. Her demonic features were lit up with an evil smirk. She knew what these claws could do and she was planning on using them against her love. She held out her hands and the claws came to rest in the space above them. Using telekinesis, the claws melted into just three, each about two inches at the widest and three inches at the longest. She winked and sent the middle one flying, aiming it at his right shoulder.)

(After straggering, Nur finally straightens up and turns around to confront the team again. He laughs menacingly.)
Nur: Fools. Did you think that one strike would be enough to kill me? Seer, I believe your visions are starting to deceive you. So I will be having my blade back, if you don't mind.
(With that, Nur stretches out his hand. The blade pulls violently out of Christina's hand and returns to Apocalypse. He raises the sword in the air as it begins to glow a red aura.)
Nur: Horsemen. Come to me. Defend your master.
(Almost immediately, the four horsemen of Apocalypse appear at Nur's side. Each with glowing red eyes and a threatening look on their face.)
Nur: Horsemen. Kill them. Only the strong survive.

(Wolf tried to dodge the claws. He saw them coming, how could he not. Crude, yet elogant, appealing yet appalling. As he let his knees go out from under him and he started to fall, he knew it wouldn't be fast enough to evade the horrible sting when his very own claw hit him. Sure enough, it did.
A sickening crunch alerted him to the wound, but the pain that made his head spin gave it away so much faster. Wolf fell to the ground, writhing in pain as the claw embedded itself into his shoulder and cut through his bone as if it were butter. Wolf closed his eyes and concerntrated on better thoughts. He was without a doubt, messed up, and he had never been through worse, but he somehow managed to push the pain far enough out of his mind so that he could stand up and snarl defiantly at what Nur had left of his girlfriend. With the last bit of humor he had, he managed a sly grin.)
Wolf: Oh come on baby, don't tick me off. I'll have to get ugly on you.
(Wolf let his claws out farther than he thought was possible and tensed his whole body for another attack.)

(With a blank expression on her face, she watched the one she loved struggle to over come his pain. When he stood and spoke to her, she merely blinked in a bored manner at him. She held up her hands and threw the last two claws at him, this time aiming for his legs.)

(Chaze leapt into the air and dodged the first claw, but the second plunged through his thigh and burst out the other side, bringing flesh and bone through the gory round it had left. Chaze fell to the floor and howled in pain. It took him several minutes to recover his senses and swallowed hard. He started to get faint and snarled at himself. The fatal wound that he now sported was killing him as blood poured out of the hole. Chaze managed to stand on his other leg and faced Liz, his furry face wearing a sardonic grin.)
Wolf: You're funny. But seriously, come on. Give me your best f@#$%*! shot. I'm right here Elizabeth. Why don't you just get it over with. Go ahead and give Nur his satisfaction. Let him have your head for eternity. Go ahead. GIVE ME YOUR BEST SHOT!!

(Liz reached for her swords, which were now strapped to back. She pulled them out and took an offensive stance against Wolf. Then for a moment she seemed to be able to fight against Nur's hold. Her eyes remained red, but her voice returned to normal.)
Liz: Forgive me, Mein Leibe.
(Her face showed regret and sorrow for all that was happening around them for about ten seconds before she screamed in pain as Nur regained control of her once more. A tear ran down her face as it returned to it's emotionless state and her voice had an over tone of Nur)
Liz(Nur): You have lost her and now she will finish you. Do it.
(She smiled evilly and ran at him, swords out.)

(Chaze didn't expect a full frontal attack and the very motion caught him off guard. Yet even though he did have a moment to counter Liz or shirk the attack, he didn't. Wolf planted his feet firmly on the floor of the temple and stared into Liz's eyes as she sunk her two blades deep into his chest. Pain exploded all around him, but he only stared deeper into Liz's eyes. As her eyes met his he smiled at her.)
Wolf: Okay. You win.
(Chaze looked down to see her two swords shoved violently through his sternum and felt weak in his knees. He could suddenly feel everything around him. The blood running down his fur. The sweet scent of Liz, despite the sweat and dust. The heat from the hellish pit behind him. The aroma of the vines hanging from the ceiling. Chaze leaned forward and kissed Liz's ear softly before leaning backwards and sliding off her blades and into the fiery abyss below.)

(Mindcontrol takes a glance at his team mates and then back at the Horsemen. Mindcontrol sends telepathic messages to his team. )
Mindcontrol: Its now or never.
(Immediately after, Mindcontrol fires a telekinetic blast from his hand at Magneto. The blast hits him with full force and is sent back wards a few feet. The rest of the Horsemen begin to charge, while Apocalypse watches the battle from far anxiously.)

(Christina steps back as Chris slashes his claws at her. Chris's speed surpasses Christina and he lunges his claws at her again. She holds up her hands and the purple protective aura around them is used as a shield against Chris's claws.)
Christina: Chris, please snap out of it.
(Not too far away, Kitty is fighting off Ana. She sees Christina having a little trouble against Chris. She gets closer and reaches out to phase them both through the incoming attacks.)
Shadowcat: It's too late for that, Christina. I'm beginning to think they are too far gone.
