ECKS: "You're right, everyone get ready. The two choppers already fired on us so I'm givin' the go ahead to take'em down if they show up again. As for any soldiers, if they enter the grounds lay down some warnin' fire, if they continue to advance, do whatever is neccessary to stop them."
ECKS: "Binary, you stay here, keep using the computer's systems to help the four of them find targets. Try to have them goin' for the targets that pose the greatest threat first, then work your way around."
ECKS: "The rest of you, we're heading down to the first floor. Should anyone make it past their fire we'll be covering the mansion's entry points. And make no mistake, I am givin' everyone permission to use lethal force if no other option is available. That includes to, Magneto, they're here for you, too. Far as I'm concerned you're free to do whatever you need to do to protect yourself, just make sure you understand that we're on your side. You're also protectin' us."
(Before getting in the elevator he takes one last look at the five members staying behind.)
ECKS: "Remember two things, number one, Christina is one of their targets, so take care of her. And two, if anythin' goes wrong in here, contact me, I'll try to guide you through to your next move."
Ana: "You better take care of yourself to, and if you need us down there, you better call. Don't try to do this all by yourself, we're all in this together."
ECKS: "Hey, you know me."
Ana: "That's exactly what I'm talking about."

(Binary nods at ECKS' words......he then thinks for a moment and says)
Binary: Actually......I'm not completely sure about this, but I think Evelina can control all the guns.......and let everyone join the fighting......or I can just ask her to target the priority targewts on the screens....whatever you want really.

(Varalf laughs, he puts his axe away, and begins to clean Svartbrand.........as he does so, he says)
Varalf: Lucky or not, I'm going to need another spear....my old one was destroyed........but I think it was worth it, da?
(After Svartbrand is cleaned, Varalf points it downward and says)
Varalf: So, tovarischi....does the battle begin now? (he laughs) I think that it is time for your military to learn, mutants......especially foreign mutants...have no desire to assist in your special weapons programs.........And this Russian is more than willing to teach this band of idiots (he laughs again)

(Liz nods her head at Varalf, in agreement about the remark about foreign mutants. She had been living in the US for three years now, but the motherland had been her home. She had lost that when her family turned on her. This family, however, would never do that and she would do what ever was needed to protect it.)
Liz: I might have just fought zat intruder but I am ready to do vhat ever ist needed of me. Just tell me vhat you vant me to do.

Magneto: "If we're going we'd better get a move on. They could arrive at any moment. We need to fortidy this place before they get here or we may have already lost. I will do what I can to help but I can't promise that I will show mercy in dealing with these men. For they showed my people no mercy at all. They just slaughtered without even asking questions."
(Magneto steps into the elevator and crosses his arms.)

(Binary nods in recognition of ECKS' words...then he walks to the nearest terminal, and "reaches" into it...after establishing a connection to the program running the turrents, he sets it up so that the computer both targets according to a priority system that hits armed opponents first, and is controlling the guns. He then puts in a safety feature. When he finishes, he "disconnects" and turns back to ECKS)
Binary: Okay, the guns will now target and fire themselves...oh yeah, if you need to, shout 'cease fire' three times and the guns will not fire for 30 seconds...but only if you shout it...any stranger's voice will not activate the safety.

(Christina stands in silence and remains unchanged when she hears her name being said as one of the targets. She had a gut instinct that she was the one with the gift of sight that Smith was looking for, and with her power of premontions her instincts were never wrong before. What she did wonder about was how did Smith know who or where she was. She decides now is not the time to think about it and to just defend herself as well as everyone else. She walks to one of the stations and tries to turn it on, but she's not that technical.)
(Kitty walks over and helps Christina set up the station and then returns back to her own station.)
Christina: Okay, I'm ready.

(ECKS doesn't need the advantage of super human senses to tell that there is a hint of worry in Christina's words. And why not? She's just realized that she's a possible target to be used for some unspeakable evil. He decides he should try to calm her down before leaving so he walks over and kneels down beside her.)
ECKS: "I know that all this is a bit much to take in all at once but trust me when I tell ya that you're gonna be fine. I refuse to lose another member of this family. I'll do whatever it takes to make sure that you all are safe, no one is gonna get near you without goin' through me. Remember that, kid. You'll be just fine."
(He fakes a smile to help lighten the mood, even though he knows the situation at hand could prove to be much worse than even he could have expected.)

(Christina takes to ECKS's words, which makes her feel a little bit better. She returns a small smile.)
Christina: Thanks. It's been a while since I've had other people looking out for me. Good to know that in this situation there are some.
(Christina takes a few deep breaths which helps in holding her worry. She takes on a new face of confidence and feels that it's now or never. Time to fight.)
Christina: Alright, let's show these guys who they're messing with.

(Kitty is montoring the scene in the front lawn when she sees the soldiers stepping into formation and preparing to enter the mansion. Kitty takes the turrents controls and begins to fire warning shots. She aims her shots to halt the soldiers in their tracks and distract them from their march to the mansion's entrance. As the soldiers raise their weapons higher and begin search for the source of the shots, Kitty cries out over her shoulder.)
Shadowcat: ECKS, soldiers are beginning to make their way into the mansion.

(Liz looks at the monitor and is slightly disappointed not to see the furred mutant. She takes a breath and grip the handle of her sword. She looks up at ECKS and nods.)

(He steps into the elevator with the members not staying in the room following behind. Once inside he presses the button for his office and the doors close.)

(Mindcontrol takes a sit at his station and gets his hands on the controls he pushes several buttons and a screen comes on showing all the varieties of weapons available such as missiles, a rifle, and four weapon mount machine guns on the ends of it. He selects the machine gun and aims at a small group approaching from the north. he begins to shoot warning fire on them and they quickly look up from where the shots came from)
Soldier 1:sir they know we're here.
Commander:You know what Smith said get Oracle and Magneto now return fire!
(The solders spot the gun where it came from and start shooting back)
Mindcontrol:thats the Que.
(Mindcontrol shoots down most of the solders some have run off)
Mindcontrol:this is going to be easier than i thought.
(seconds later several heavily armored trucks and tanks approaching the Mansion)
(to himself)Mindcontrol:Why is it never easy.
