Mutant Powers: is very fast and can see to a far distance and almost every thing around him and can shoot energy balls from his hands but it weakens him

Basic History: grow up in a small town in the woods with no parnet or brother or sisters. at the age of 7 he noticed that he was faster then all the kids and the adults. when the adult saw that he was no normal human they figured that he was the 1st mutant in the village and decided to kill him.when victor saw some villagers with gun coming he jumped in to the trees he was abel to see and dodge the bullets and killed them and feld the village.
he grow up on his own until he was 16 and went in to a village were he might a girl named jennfer and they became very good friends but then when victor and jennfer were alone a mutant hater went to try to kill victor when he shoot the gun he missed and hit jennfer and she died victor went in rage his hand began to glow and out a energy blasted that killed the human again victor left a other place he called home and the girl he loved victor then be came a thief in order to live and lived his life a lone
