Need A New Plan...

[Mindcontrol]

Mindcontrol:I'll think of something.

(Mindcontrol looks at the broken key again and realizes that the part of the key that is used to insert it and open the door is still in one piece. He thought to himself "maybe, no its a stupid idea, but its better then nothing." Jack grabs the part of the key that is still in-tacked and inserts it in the key hole, but obviously it doesn't work. He reaches out to pull it out, but at that moment he starts to hear electricity from the wires and begins to follow it, eventually leading to the open vent. Mindcontrol turns to Kitty with a small grin in his face.)

Mindcontrol:I think i figured something out.

[Shadowcat]

(Kitty picks up her head and sees Jack's smile. She follows his line of sight from the keyhole to the vent.)

Shadowcat: Sorry, I'm not following... What you got?

[Mindcontrol]

Mindcontrol: Its quite simple really if we can't get a key to open the door then we'll just have to destroy the door.

(Kitty gives Mindcontrol I-still-have-no-idea-what-your-taking-about-look.)

Mindcontrol: Look that key does not work but its short circuiting the lock pad making those noises in the wires. Then thats where Lockheed come in.

(Lockheed now interested in what Mindcontrol is saying looks up at him.)

Mindcontrol: Lockheed will follow the sound of the wires leading to the room that keeps this door locked or all the doors in this place locked. Then Lockheed just has to trash the room and if am right then this door should unlock and we're out of here!

[Shadowcat]

(Kitty know takes in all parts of the plan. This could work. Lockheed was eager enough as it is. It was worth a try.)

Shadowcat: Sounds like a plan to me. Lockheed?

(Lockheed growls happily and nods his head. He immediately flies into the vents and follows the sound of the short-circuiting wires. While travelling through the vents, he hears Kitty's warning.)

Shadowcat: Just don't get yourself electrocuted!

(After listening closely, Lockheed eventually found the room. Looking around, it seemed like a giant circuit breaker with wires going in each and every directions. Lockheed didn't even know where to start so that led to the last resort.... Trash everything. Lockheed snapped several wires and didn't find any immediately effect so he continued. But eventually after a few more seconds, Lockheed heard Kitty calling him.)

Shadowcat: Lockheed! That's it!

(Lockheed returned back into the room as quickly as he could. Finally, success.)

[Radar]

(Kutal caught Matthews midair and flipped him. Matthews landed hard on his back and felt a sharp pain in his shoulder. He didn't have to see what had happened, he could feel the blade in his shoulder. Matthews growled viciously and swept his blade across Kutal's face. Kutal's blade was instantly retracted as he fell back screaming at the top of his lungs. Matthews clutched his shoulder and cursed. Warm blood poured out of the hemorrhage. Matthews hit the hilt of his knife on the floor and saw the ceiling of the hallway. He scrambled to his feet and saw Kutal holding his face. Matthews struck out, but Kutal ducked. Kutal swung, but Matthews dodged. They went on like this, striking and avoiding each other's blades, as they traversed the hallway. Matthews caught Kutal's wrist and slashed his arm, and then his chest. Kutal fell back, cursing in pain. He nodded to several soldiers and they all took a step closer to Matthews. Radar could hear the increase in their breathing as they prepared to strike. He could barely take Kutal, he couldn't take a handful of ready soldiers. Not bleeding the way he was. Matthews bent over and touched the floor. A wave was sent out, Matthews only hoped it would reach its destination and he'd recieve some help.)

[Oracle]

(Christina remained in her shocked position until she heard shouting coming from the hallway. It was somewhat muffled so she didn't hear what was being said actually. Suddenly Christina received a premontion off of Matthew's jacket. She saw him and Kutal fighting with knives when Matthews was stabbed. And it was when she felt a slight wave that Christina almost practically jumped out of bed. She still felt weak, but she was pushing herself to stand on her own. She listened closely, placing her ear against the door, and she heard the fighting taking place right outside. It was just then she heard the lock on her door open, and without a question as to why or how it happened she opened the door and looked out.)

(Christina looked and saw Matthews and Kutal, both with knives in their hands and injuries. Christina couldn't stand back. She needed something, anything to help Matthews. From underneath the bed, the Blade of Apocalypse glowed a deep purple. Eventually, it flew from under the bed and into Christina's hand. Christina looked down at the Blade that she had all reason to fear, but at the moment she didn't fear it. She accepted it. She held the hilt tightly as she ran from her room towards the fight. When she approached, she saw Matthews bent down to the floor and Kutal slowly making his way back towards him. Christina broke through the circle of soldiers and plunged the Blade straight through Kutal's right shoulder. Kutal screams in pain as he turns around to see Christina with the Blade in her hands.)

Kutal: You stupid b!tch.

(Kutal nods towards his soldiers as they prepare to strike. Christina runs past Kutal and stands by Matthews. She holds the Blade out in front of her and stares at each soldier. They had orders not to kill her, but they would have to in order to get to Matthews.)

[Nightcat]

(Liz arrives just in time to see Christina slam the Blade into Kutal's shoulder. Already in shock from seeing Nigai murdering a man, she teleports to Matthews and Christina. Very carefully she touches Matthews, but he still whirls around to face her.)

Liz: Es ist just me... let me help you.

(Liz's eyes glow green and she enters his mind. Finally, she reaches the part of his brain that she's looking for and she connects to it. He could see through her eyes!)

Liz: Use me. Connected to me zis vay, you now also can you vhat strength zat I have.

[Radar]

(Matthews doesn't have time to say thanks for he sees a soldier lunge at Christina. He can see himself clearly, as if he's looking at a mirror. He spins and throws his knife, hitting the soldier in the kneecap. The soldier lands in front of Christina, who delivers a roundhouse kick to his face. Matthews only smiles at this, and then rejoins the fight. With new strength, and the ability to see, if only temporary, Matthews feels years of military training kick in. He and Christina fend off the soldiers as they attack. Fighting side by side with Christina, he sees just how capable she was. It was no wonder that she had nearly broke his jaw when she first met him.)

(Kutal only growls and backs away slowly as he sees the two mutants beating his men. He pulls a small gun and aims at Matthews, but then changes his mind. Shooting Radar would only cause even more trouble than this fight. He couldn't shoot Christina, so that left only..... Kutal turns his gun and aims at Liz. He sets her in his sights and smiles.)

[Nightcat]

(Liz had kept her eyes set on things happening around Matthews and Christina, but she suddenly lost track of where Kutal was. Being careful not to swing her head around and make Matthews vulnerable, she looks around for him, finally she locates Kutal standing close to the wall on her right. He was holding a gun and it was aimed right at her head. Still trying to keep her eyes on the fight for Matthews, she moves her head so that he could see Kutal. She would have done something herself, but when connected to someone like she was right now, she was helpless.)

[Wolf]

(Chaze stepped off of the chopper and watched as Dom and TC followed Magneto towards the control room. Chaze was supposed to be going after them, but he wanted to see his girlfriend. He turned and entered the Eastern Wing. As he did, he saw that Liz wasn't in her room. He could smell her though, and knew that she was close. He also smelled someone else. Male....unusual.....he smelled of death and acid. Chaze raised his eyebrow. Suddenly he felt something strange, something that he had never felt. He transformed into his wolf form without wanting to, and his legs carried him out of Liz's room. He ran and realized that he was lower to the ground than he had ever been. But he didn't pay any attention to that. As he ran up the flight of stairs, he relaxed and realized he was on all fours. As he burst out, he saw Matthews and Christina. He passed up someone else too, the male that the strange scent was coming from. Chaze spotted Kutal aiming a gun at Liz and ran past her frozen body. He jumped up and attacked Kutal. In an instant, he felt his normal wolf body come back and his claws flashed near Kutal's wrist. Kutal screamed as his hand fell off, but his scream was short as Wolf sunk his claws deep into Kutal's chest. Wolf snarled at Kutal.)

Chaze: This is looooong overdue Thomas.

(Chaze used his other paw to clutch Kutal's neck and snapped it viciously. Kutal fell to the floor dead and Wolf spun. As he did, he sunk to the floor. He looked back at his body and realized he now looked like a regular white wolf. His eyes grew large with horror and then he fainted.)

[Radar]

(Matthews watched as a regular white wolf attacked Kutal and then transformed into a werewolf. As he snapped Kutal's neck, he reverted into his "new" form, looked himself over, and passed out. Matthews looked back at the remaining ten soldiers. Without Kutal there, they suddenly seemed uneasy about attacking a higher ranking officer. Matthews picked up his knife and spun it between his fingers.)

Matthews: Get out of here you fu@#$%*!

(The soldiers backed away and then turned and ran. Without the adrenaline in his veins dying down, Matthews sunk to the floor. He held his bleeding shoulder and let his head droop. He tapped the knife's hilt on the floor and looked up at Christina.)

Matthews: Thank you for saving me. You too Liz. By the way, I think that's Chaze. And some dude is standing right behind you with blood on him.

(Matthews fell over and let his head hit the floor.)

(Nigai blinked at the man for a moment then smiled at him. He stood up straight and saluted him.)

Nigai: Nigai Bokyo at your sevice!

(He ran his fingers through his hair and looked at the blood. He pulled his shirt off from around his waist and tried to dry his hair off. The shirt went from green to a redish color.)

Nigai: Sorry. I kinda made a mess back there...

[Nightcat]

(Liz looks around, now freed from the mental connection with Matthews. Seeing both Chaze and Matthews passed out and Nigai standing behind her, now completely covered in blood, she lets out a huge sigh and hangs her head.)

Liz: Oh Scheiße. Ich werde geschraubt…

(She looks up at Christina. She knows that this will only get worse for her.)

Liz: You need to get to Jack and Kitty. Make sure zey do not get out. Zat ist ze last zing zat ve need. Stress to zem zat if zey leave ze room, zey vill get us all killed.

(After giving Christina her marching orders, she turns back to Nigai. She takes a breath and looks up at him.)

Liz: Ok. I need you to take zese two (Points to Chaze and Matthews) back to mein room. I vill tend zem zere. After zat... (takes another breath) take a verdammnt shower.

[akiravadel]

(He raised an eyebrow trying to translate in his mind the random German she spat at him but failed. He saluted her before walking over to the two unconsious boys. He picked them but one over each shoulder before heading out.)

Nigai: I'm not that dirty...

(He placed them each on the bed then went into the bathroom. As he looked in the mirror he realized exactly how dirty he really was. He quickly stripped, removing the bandages and showered. Wraping a towel around his waist as he walked out.)

Nigai: Ah! I feel better!

[Nightcat]

(Liz just stood in the hallway, leaning up against the wall. A lot of thing were about to go very wrong, but she did not know when or where. Seeing the Blade, she knew that she had to get in back to Smith, but something told her that even the slightest contact with the weapon would bring dire consequences. She walked down the hall for a moment and came to a door. She knocked on it and one of the lower ranking soldiers came out. He raises his eye brows at her, and gives her an attitude.)

Soldier: Can I help you?

Liz: Yes, you can help me. I am vone of ze carriers of Nur, so es ist in your best interest not to tick me off.

(The man's eyes grow wide and he snaps to attention.)

Soldier: What is it that I can do for you?

Liz: Zere ist a short sword propped up against ze vall. Can you see es?

Soldier: Yes. I can see the sword.

Liz: Gute. I need you to take es directly to Smith. If he gives you a hard time, tell him zat Nur himself told you through Liz to bring es to him. He knows better zan not to believe zat. Oh, und tell him he might vant to get a body bag out here for Kutal.

(This time, the man's eyes snap to the body lying near the Blade. All he can do is nod. Liz would have liked an "Understood" out of him, but she would have to be content.)

Liz: I vill know if you did not do any of zese tasks.

(With that she turned away from him, walked several paces, and vanished in a flash of smoke.)

(Returning to her room, she finds both Chaze and Matthews on the beds. She takes a deep breath and was just starting to get things ready to patch the guys up when Nigai walks in the room.)

Liz: I told you needed to vash up.
